The orientation experience is built around you, as it is designed to assist you in fulfilling the necessary steps prior to starting your first semester at the University of Arizona.

Off-Campus Orientation (Chicago, New York or Seattle)
Check-in for the off campus orientation programs will take place between 7:30am and 8:30am in the hotel location indicated in your confirmation email. You must check-in by 8:30am in order to assure that you will be able to complete the check-in process, including taking your CatCard (student id) photo before the start of your orientation program.
Honors and SALT students should check-in before the 8:00am mandatory meetings for students in these programs.

- Academic Advising for Students & Parent and Family presentations for guests

The Off Campus Orientation program has activities and sessions scheduled until 5:00pm. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly.
One Day On-Campus Orientation
Check-in for the one day on-campus orientation programs will take place between 7:15am and 8:30am at the Student Union Memorial Center. Orientation and Welcome Leaders, along with other University Staff, will be available to assist you with the process. You must check-in by 8:30am in order to assure that you will be able to complete the check-in process, including taking your CatCard (student id) photo before the start of your orientation program. Additionally, there are optional orientation conference sessions available for students and families beginning at 7:45am. Topics covered in these sessions include, Pre-Health, Pre-Law, Residence Life and Leadership programs.

Honors Overnight On-Campus Orientation
Honors students are being provided with a new opportunity during the summer 2012 Orientation season, an Overnight Orientation program. During this two day orientation program students will have an opportunity to connect with others enrolling in the Honors program, meet College staff, faculty and deans, and have the opportunity (if you choose) to stay overnight in Arbol de la Vida, the newest Honors residence hall on campus!
Check-in for the Honors Overnight Program will take place 10:00 - 11:30am on the first day of the program at the Student Union Memorial Center. Orientation and Welcome Leaders, along with other University Staff, will be available to assist you with the process. You must check-in by 11:30am in order to assure that you will be able to complete the check-in process, including taking your CatCard (student id) photo before the start of your orientation program. Additionally, there are optional orientation conference sessions available for students and families beginning at 10:45am. Topics covered in these sessions include, Pre-Health, Pre-Law, Residence Life and Leadership programs.
