IMPORTANT: In Next Steps Center, you must pay the Enrollment Fee to add yourself to the Virtual Orientation Experience.

  • Go to Next Steps Center > Path to Enrollment > Virtual Orientation Experience
  • This section will have a series of screens where you can add yourself to our roster, which will unlock the ability to complete Arizona Arrival and register for a Course Registration appointment.

The Virtual Orientation Experience is split into two parts:

PART ONE:   Arizona Arrival (an online informational/orientation portal)

PART TWO:   After completing Arizona Arrival, you'll receive an email with a link to sign up for a Course Registration appointment. This appointment is when you'll register for your first semester classes! These emails will be sent out starting May 1.

No, not at this time.

However, after you've completed the Virtual Orientation Experience, the final part of your orientation will be Destination Arizona -- an on-campus celebration that takes place right before classes begin!

You'll register for classes during your Course Registration appointment.

After completing Arizona Arrival, you'll receive an email with a link to sign up for one of these appointments. These emails will be sent out starting May 1.

VIRTUAL ORIENTATION EXPERIENCE:

PART 1 - ARIZONA ARRIVAL

Arizona Arrival is the first part of your Virtual Orientation Experience. It's an online, self-paced, informational portal where you can learn all about the University of Arizona, your academic unit, and what it means to be a Wildcat!

Not quite - it's only part one of your Virtual Orientation Experience.

Once you've completed Arizona Arrival, you'll receive an email with a link to sign up for a Course Registration appointment, which is part two of your Virtual Orientation.

You can't access Arizona Arrival unless you've added yourself to the Virtual Orientation Experience in Next Steps Center.

If you've already done that, then make sure you're using the "Incoming Student" option when logging in.

If you're still experiencing an error, please contact orientation@arizona.edu.

The Arizona Arrival portal is now available to Fall 2026 students that have added themselves to the Virtual Orientation Experience.
