RESOURCE FAIR

$3,000

The Destination Arizona Resource Fair is designed to introduce new students (first-year, transfer, international) and their families to many of the campus departments, resources and partners at the University Arizona. The Resource Fair is an opportunity for students to make connections with partners and discover what it means to be a Wildcat. This is a two-day event averaging 10,000+ attendees. One six-foot table and two chairs will be provided; linens provided upon request.

EVENING OASIS

$3,000

During this premier program, Evening Oasis, students will have the opportunity to see just how much Wildcat pride is ingrained in student life. The Wildcat Den provides students with the opportunity to connect with partners in dynamic and engaging activities such as lawn games, obstacle courses, sticker swaps and more! One six-foot table and two chairs will be provided; linens provided upon request.

Destination Arizona (DAZ) is the University of Arizona's premiere transition program that is designed to welcome ALL new students to campus. Programming is hosted the weekend before classes begin and is focused on transitioning students into their new life as an Arizona Wildcat through academic engagement, community building, and self-advocacy.
During Destination Arizona, we anticipate welcoming over 10,000 incoming first-year, transfer, domestic and international students and their parent & family members.

The list of events that are available for sponsorship for 2024 are as follows:
  • DAZ: Family Quest Resource Fair | Thursday, August 22, 11 AM - 2 PM
  • Resource Fair | Friday, August 23, 11 AM - 2 PM
  • Evening Oasis | Saturday, August 24, 6 PM - 10 PM
Inclusion in print and media materials such as Welcome Boxes, Passport Program Guide, Slideshows and more will run Thursday, August 22 - Saturday, August 24. Please connect with the Destination Arizona team for specific details on material delivery.

Table Placement

In order to arrange for an appropriate flow of participants, table placement and arrangement will be managed by the Destination Arizona team. Moving tables or swapping with other table occupants will not be permitted without approval by Destination Arizona staff. Additionally, representatives at each table should stay within five feet of their designated table. Wandering through the fair to distribute materials or recruit session participants will not be permitted.
